Secure Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)

With security concerns lingering in both the public and private sectors, taking measures to protect your infrastructure is a necessity. Security minded organizations that can’t afford to risk their environment should be discerning when selecting a cloud provider. Not every cloud provider will meet your internal or external governance standards.

At the infrastructure level, collab9 was designed to meet the most stringent security standards. We work within industries like state and local government that have a need for elevated security measures. We scale up, accommodating up to enterprise level organizations with robust solutions powered by industry-leading Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) applications and infrastructure that was designed with security at the forefront.

UCaaS Hosted in Secure Data Centers

Collab9 infrastructure is hosted in SSAE 15 Soc 2 Type II data centers, which means that there are stringent controls in place to protect your environment. For business continuity, automatic fail-over and site-to-site recovery are inherent to our architecture. This will keep your business running in the event of a disruption. For additional business continuity/disaster recovery functionality, we host in 2 data center sites based in Los Angeles and Chicago. This geographic redundancy would come into play in a major event with a failover to another data center that would keep you operational.

We partner with Equinix for data storage and backup. Equinix maintains an industry-leading uptime record, reduced latency, and a number of other security controls that add to our already extensive security arsenal.

Government Secure UCaaS Solutions

We are the only secure UCaaS provider catering to the public sector with NIST 800-53 compliant infrastructure and were the first Unified Communications as a Serivce (UCaaS) provider to receive FedRAMP authorization. Collab9’s secure architecture makes the solution ideally suited for agencies in federalstate and local government. As a FedRAMP authorized UCaaS provider, we are uniquely able to meet the controls deemed necessary for government information systems.
